Our flagship Cabernet, a true gem nestled in the secluded reaches of S. Ynez Valley. Happy Canyon, renowned for its exceptional Bordeaux varietals, serves as the illustrious backdrop for this extraordinary wine. Notably, the vineyard itself, Tommy Town, is not only famous for its viticulture but also boasts the captivating allure of a picturesque horse ranch.

 Hand-picked from select blocks featuring clones 8 and 337, the grapes were harvested pre-dawn light on October 20, 2021. With an average sugar content of 25.5 Brix, a pH level of 3.8, and a total acidity of 5.2, the grapes showcase optimal ripeness and balance. The structured tannins and exquisite fruit characteristics of Tommy Town contribute to the wine's remarkable aging potential. 

Having aged gracefully for 16 months in barrels, this Cabernet embodies the culmination of artistry and patience. It is a testament to the meticulous craftsmanship and attention to detail bestowed upon it.
